Because of God’s presence in our lives, we become stewards in both attitude and action. God-pleasing stewards are committed and devoted to the Lord and live to glorify him.

As Christians, we are called into ministry. Through faith, we become more than just spectators. Inspire people to “give it all they've got” as stewards of God's gifts of time, talent and treasure!

Overcoming Selfishness

“For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” Matthew 6:21

Because of God’s grace given freely to us, we don’t have to continue living as selfish people. We can become detached from our money. When we surrender our wills to God, God will enable us to be less attached to our money and to become generous people.

Faithful giving is one aspect of a Christ-like character. In our giving, we emulate Jesus who showed us what it means to love and to give.

God Blesses Faithful Givers

“Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you” Luke 6:38

To those who bring to the Lord their firstfruits, God promises to pour out an abundance of blessings. God gives so that, as we receive, we can give. We give gladly because our security does not lie in our wealth, but in our Savior.

We are empowered by the Holy Spirit’s work in our hearts to grow as stewards. As God continually changes and molds us, we develop into faithful stewards, and although we never become perfect, we do become more like Christ. Through his gifts of faith, love, and, hope, God builds us into responsible stewards who please him.
