Mrs. Frieda is a member of my church and my mentor. She serves as president of United Methodist Women, which is a group of women who serve the church, community and support a group of children in Africa. She is also Treasurer of the church and I serve under her. She has held this position over 40 years; her favorite saying is "Give God his first and he'll take care of all your needs."
She always has a smile on her face, and a kind and comforting word. She works miracles with our finances, because bills are always getting paid even when there is no money. She is a strong supoprter of our youth ministry. Whenever in doubt or question the direction God wants me to go in she always refers me to the right scripture to read. She is truly a great mentor and steward. By the way she is 86 years young and has been married 64 years!
