When I think of these words; persistence, energetic, spirited, diligent, strength, unselfish, willing, gifted, talented; one particular name comes to mind: Anne B. Anne started attend our church a few years ago and from day 1 she jumped in to get things done and hasn't stopped since.
She started a group called Stitches United. This group sews catheter bags, walker bags, hospital bed pouches, wheelchair pouches, lap robes and more for nursing homes and the local VA hospital. Hospital gowns have been made for our mission in Tanzania, baby blankets for the children's hospital and so much more.
Anne also gives of herself to help around the church; whether it be keeping the flowerbeds weeded and new flowers planted, general sprucing up around the church, helping with various projects and mission activities. When anything needs done she is usually the first to volunteer!
